Understanding what the plan is and what we are measuring.. sure most of the time bottom line is the measurement, however not always. It's essential that all parties are committed and fully understand what we are aiming to achieve and by when.

Fees.. to many times consultants earn fees with the company having little to nothing to show for it. We are confident in what we do, so have no hesitation in earning the majority of or fee based on performance.

Our clients.. when earning the majority of our fees based on performance, our clients must be likeminded and align to our culture and focus. If we don't think we can succeed for whatever reason, we won't be shy in telling you and reasons why.
